Ronda was born in California in 1987 at Ron Rousey and AnnMaria De Mars house. At the time of her birth, Ronda suffered from two injuries and almost died; she had a brain injury, and her vocal cords were greatly damaged because of the Umbilical cord that was completely enfolded in her neck. Besides, she started to speak intelligible words at the age of six.
Ronda has three sisters; Julia DeMars, Maria Burns-Ortiz, and Jennifer Rousey. Ronda is the youngest among all her sisters.
